Electronic Communications

At DFS Furniture plc our purpose is to bring great design and comfort into every living room, in an affordable, responsible and sustainable manner. We are committed to reducing the amount of paper we use and improving our shareholder experience and in line with that, in March 2022 we wrote to our shareholders to encourage the uptake of electronic communications and chequeless dividends.

By signing up to shareview by EQ, shareholders elected to receive information, such as the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, notices of meetings and other circulars electronically.

Chequeless Dividends

Shareholders can elect to receive dividends directly to their bank or building society account by downloading, completing and returning the Bank Mandate form. Further information on chequeless dividends can be found on EQ's website, here.

You can elect to receive dividends directly to your bank or building society account by downloading, completing and returning the Bank Mandate form. This is known as 'Direct Credit' dividends.

The move to chequeless dividend payments is being made for reasons of efficiency and security as well as to reduce the volume of paper used in dividend mailings.

Rather than having to wait for a cheque to arrive in the post, with the possibility of it not being delivered or to wait for the cheque to clear into your bank or building society account, directly credit is a method of payment whereby funds are paid directly into your nominated account as cleared funds on the dividend payment date.

Yes, you can login to shareview to make the change, or otherwise complete another bank mandate form at any time and return it to Equiniti by post, or contact Equiniti Directly.
